Why some poorly performing restaurants are left in the registry

Unfortunately when dining out at any restaurant there will be varying degrees of risk. Choosing a restaurant is a very individual decision.

This is why the single most valuable information on our site are the comments and ratings from people in the gluten-free community. That information helps provide insight into whether the business just talks the GF talk, or actually walks the GF walk.

We sometimes get questions why we leave some poorly performing businesses on our site. Put simply we want the public to have visibility of the community feedback so they can make a more informed decision about whether dining at that particular restaurant, or even restaurant location, is appropriate for their individual needs.
